Mindfit is a four-part evening series by Alex Rodriguez from Voice of Prophecy and our own, Pastor Danny Poff. They will be examining the scope of our nation's mental health crisis. Understanding God's Biblical teachings on this topic is the foundation to finding the help and support we need to cope. Everyone knows someone, or suffers themself, with some form of trauma resulting in mental health challenges.
